Scheduler production planning | Anthro Digital
Scheduler supports production planning for tile businesses, with workflows that can be adapted to furniture and other manufacturing operations.
Production orders, quantities and pickup dates
Scheduler gives tile production teams an overview of orders, approved quantities, promised pickup dates and collection progress. An order can have pieces at different production stages, so the overview distinguishes collected quantities from work still outstanding. This helps the team review the order as a whole while using the stage calendar and queues to organize the work that remains.
Plan work by production stage
The stage calendar organizes available work by day across steps such as Cutting, Meshing and Packaging. Ordered stage queues show waiting work and active worker claims, with quantities and job details available to the manager. Stage dates organize production work; promised pickup dates remain separate order information. This is a practical scheduling workflow, without a claim of automatic capacity optimization.
Quality checks, repairs and approvals
Production does not always move straight from one stage to the next. Scheduler tracks inspection balances, quarantined pieces and repair work, including pieces awaiting approval. The quality and rework report helps managers review those cases alongside current production. It distinguishes originally reported quantities from current balances, so a repair case can be followed without treating every repair movement as additional customer demand.
Signed pickups and future industry adaptations
Pickup history records partial and completed collections, with remaining quantities and links to signed receipts. This gives tile businesses a documented handoff from production to collection. Furniture and other manufacturing businesses may have different stages, materials and completion rules. We begin those conversations by reviewing the process and assessing the adaptations required; the tile screenshots do not imply those other workflows are already configured.
